I bought this for my brother, who is a bassist, for his birthday; it was getting a little silly him always me what chord could go with this note in his songs. I hoped he would learn on it, but it turned out I kept stealing it from him and in the end brought it to uni with me when my own guitar got busted. A nice tone, nice finish and just a great guitar for beginners or accomplished gutiarists! Comes with a carry case too, which is a plus!

This review is for the guitar itself , not the pack.All i can say is that having bought it for £39.99 it is going to replace a £200 Aria as my main noodling guitar.The action is low, low enough so you can keep your fingertips but it’s still a great strummer.The tuners work even though they look cheap.It also has a compensated bridge.
Infact it’s all positive.If you can live with the stigma of it having the ‘Encore’ decal on the headstock then you’ve got a great guitar and all the money you saved can go on whisky and women!
